Attorney leadership
Lorne C. Book is the Founder of BOOK LAW FIRM. His legal experience, public education, and work with Texas families helped shape the firm’s approach to estate planning, probate, asset protection, and the decisions that arrive when a family or business is under pressure.
Experience and perspective
Lorne has represented clients and taught estate-planning seminars for more than a decade.
His public work begins with an explanation of the decision before turning to the document. A trust, power of attorney, business agreement, or probate procedure matters because of what it allows someone to do, what it prevents, and who bears the burden when it is missing.
At BOOK LAW FIRM, that explanatory approach informs the firm’s educational work and its handling of complex family, ownership, tax, and planning questions.
Lorne was selected to the Texas Rising Stars list in 2019, 2020, and 2021. His role is Founder. Clients work with the attorney and team members assigned to the engagement.
