Austin has practiced law since 2015. His work focuses on estate planning, estate and gift tax planning, business planning, asset-protection planning, probate, and estate administration.
These areas often meet people in difficult seasons. A family may be preparing for incapacity, protecting children from a prior relationship, deciding what happens to a business, or carrying out a plan after someone has died. The legal answer has to be correct. It also has to be explained clearly enough that the people responsible can use it.
Austin helps guide estate-planning work while attorneys and professional staff support document preparation, implementation records, client communication, and later service under appropriate attorney direction.
